Turkish HVAC-R Exporters Association (ISIB) participated in the Airvent Exhibition and Aquatherm Moscow Exhibition held simultaneously in Moscow, the capital of Russia, between February 6-9 with Turkish exporters. ISIB established an Info Booth in Airvent Exhibition and brought Turkish exporters together with buyers from Russia and neighboring regions.
The 28th Aquatherm Moscow Exhibition and the 2nd Airvent Exhibition were attended by more than 1000 exhibitors from 21 different countries and nearly 55,000 visitors. Turkey was represented by 58 companies including ISIB. Cem Savcı, Member of the Board of Directors representing ISIB, attended the exhibition as the member in charge of the exhibition, and Mehmet Şanal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ISIB, also attended the exhibition. Ömer Kerman, Trade Counselor of the Republic of Turkey in Moscow, visited ISIB booth and discussed with the officials.
On the first day of the exhibition, Ozan Atasoy, representing the Turkish HVAC-R sector, delivered a presentation on “Innovative Technologies in Natural Ventilation” at the 7th International Airvent Congress organized under the title “Shaping Future by Combining Knowledge and Innovations in Safe Microclimate”.
Stating that Airvent and Aquatherm Moscow Exhibitions were quite full and busy, Cem Savcı, Member of the Board of Directors of ISIB, said “Russia is the 12th largest sector importer in the world with approximately 14 billion dollars of HVAC-R sector imports. As the Turkish HVAC-R sector, we are one of the top 10 exporters in the sub-product groups of our sector in this country. In order to raise this level even higher, we have carefully prepared for the Airvent Exhibition and Aquatherm Moscow Exhibition as a sector. 58 different companies took part in the exhibition and established highly productive relations with their commercial counterparts. I believe that we will further consolidate our position in the country with the commercial and educational activities we will carry out in the coming period. As ISIB, we were pleased to host our sector companies and our guests from Russia at our booth during the exhibition and to host meetings.”
