I was born in Istanbul on November 5, 1964. I completed my secondary education at Haydarpaşa High School between 1975 and 1981. In 1986, I graduated from the Department of Electrical/Electronics Engineering at Syracuse University in the United States.
In 1987, I started my professional career as a Project Manager at Termo Heat Isı Sistemleri, which had recently been established at the time. I currently serve as the General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors at our family company, representing the Ecostar and Ecodense brands, which are among the leading brands in the heating industry.
I am married and have two children. I have a good command of English.

Özgür Onur Töngüt, coming from a family engaged in various manufacturing activities in the HVAC industry since 1974, has been working at MGT Filtre San. ve Tic. A.Ş., established in 1992, in various positions since 2010 and currently serves as the General Manager of the company.

Cemal YILMAZ was born on March 1, 1952 in Malatya. After completing his primary education, he completed his secondary education in the Science Department of Bakırköy High School. He received his university education in Mechanical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and graduated in 1974. YILMAZ, who wants to improve himself in the field of business administration, received his education in Istanbul University, Department of Business Economics in 1975. With his interest in the HVAC-R sector since his university years, he stepped into the sector by establishing Friterm company with Metin Duruk after completing his education life. After a long-term partnership, Cemal YILMAZ parted ways with Friterm and established Frigo Soğutma Inc. company in 1984, which assumed the distributorship of world-renowned refrigeration equipment manufacturers with its own capital. In addition to Frigo Soğutma, he founded Frigo Mekanik Inc., which carries out industrial refrigeration projects and applications, in 1988, and Frigoblock Inc.(formerly Panel Sistem), which manufacturers commercial and industrial type refrigeration units, in 1991. Cemal YILMAZ is the owner of a group of companies that provides comprehensive services in the field of industrial refrigeration thanks to these three companies. He currently serves as the chairman of the board of directors in all three companies. Cemal YILMAZ is married and has two children, Ali Mert and Ayşegül. Besides serving as a board member of ISIB, Cemal Yılmaz has also actively participated in various HVAC-R sector associations and foundations such as SOSİAD, ISKID, and ISKAV in the past. Furthermore, he held the position of Chairman of the HVAC-R Committee at the Istanbul Chamber of Industry for an extended period.

Ömer Duyar, who is a member of a family that has been in the industry since 1965, has been working in Duyar Vana Makine A.Ş. in various positions since 1993 and he is still the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the same company. In the following years, he assumed the position of Service Manager in the same company. Since 2014, He is responsible for Marketing Departmant at Bosch Termoteknik Isıtma ve Klima Sanayi Ticaret AŞ. in Turkey and Middle East region. Mr.Aktaş who has been working in HVAC Industry for 26 years is also member of board in Dosider.

Zeki ÖZEN, born in 1955 in Şile/İstanbul, graduated from Vefa High School and İstanbul Technical University, faculty of mechanical engineering as mechanical engineering. he completed his master’s degree at Osaka Foreign Trade Institute in Japan and Business Administration Faculty of Istanbul University ÖZEN, starts his career in Alarko as engineer between 1976-1980, did business in various projects in Libya and Saudi Arabia between 1981 and 1983. Then, he worked as Product Manager, Marketing Manager and Regional Director at Alarko ’Carrier until 2006. between 2006 and 2011, he was in business as Assistant General Manager of AİRFEL, and since 2011 he continues his career at Daikin Corp. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Daikin Corp. In addition to his board membership of İSİB-Turkish HVAC-R Industry Exporters, ÖZEN also has been a member of İSKİD- Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Manufacturers’ Association as Board of Directors, a member of DOSİDER- Natural Gas Equipment Manufacturers and Businessmen Association as Board of Directors, a member of the Executive Board of Ümraniye City Council, the Chairman of the Senior National Assembly and a member of the Board of Directors of the Güzeyıldız Sports Club. Zeki ÖZEN speaks English, Japanese and Arabic.

Ufuk Atan was born in Eskişehir in 1974. He graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department at Middle East Technical University (METU) in 1996. Same year, he began his career as a Product Development Engineer at DemirDöküm. He subsequently held positions at DemirDöküm as Product Manager, Marketing Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager and Sales Director. Ufuk Atan currently serves as Deputy General Manager of Marketing at Vaillant Group Turkey and as a Member of the Board of Directors at DemirDöküm. Ufuk Atan also serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at DOSİDER and is a member of the Board of Directors at Türkiye İMSAD, the Climate Control Council and the Board of Trustees at İSKAV. He is fluent in English.

Levent AYDIN was born in 1961 in Hopa / Artvin. He was graduated from Yildiz Technical University, Faculty of Architecture in 1983. With the commencement of his working life, he attended to Business Administration program of Istanbul University. In 1991, He became the founder partner of Frigoblock Inc. .Throughout his career, he has worked as project and contract management manager in domestic and international industrial cooling projects. Levent AYDIN is a member of the board of directors of Frigoblock Inc. and Frigo Mekanik Inc. and he is currently active in these companies. Levent Aydın is a member of the Board of Auditors of İSKİD Air Conditioning Refrigeration Manufacturers’ Association. Levent AYDIN is married and has 3 children and speaks English.
Vice Chairman
As he worked with his father in his construction company he co-founded manufacturing companies from various sectors including food industry (cube sugar), ventilation, cast iron and steel. Zeki Poyraz was born in Kayseri in 1962, he is married and has three children. He studied Persian Language and Literature in Ankara University. He graduated in 1985, until then during his high school and university years he worked in several different sectors as an intern. Now, he is the CEO of AFS Flexible Duct Co. which he established in 1991. AFS Flexible Duct Co. exports 80% of its products to 70 different countries around the globe. Since 1994 Mr. Poyraz has been working to export his products. Mr. Poyraz is the deputy chairman of Turkish HVAC-R Eporters. He is The Deputy Chairman of Turkish Exporters Assembly. He is also the chairman of Turkish Climatisation Assembly in TOBB (The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey).
Vice Chairman
He started his business career while continuing his university education and took his first professional step in 1990 as a founding partner of Şanal Elektrik Motorları. Until 1995, he continued his business activities in the production of electric motors.
As a second-generation executive, Şanal took over the management of Üntes Isıtma Klima Soğutma San. ve Tic. A.Ş. in 1995, and since 1997, he has been serving as the Chairman of the Board of Üntes Group companies.
Between 1999 and 2012, he served as Treasurer Member of the Board at the Machinery and Accessories Exporters’ Association under the Central Anatolian Exporters’ Unions (OAİB). Between 2012 and 2018, he served as Vice Chairman of the Board of the HVAC Exporters’ Association operating under the Central Anatolian Exporters’ Unions, and from 2018 to 2026, he held the position of Chairman of the Board.
Mehmet Şanal currently also serves as a Council Member of the Ankara Chamber of Industry, Vice Chairman of the TOBB HVAC Assembly, and President of Industry at the Başkent Ankara and Anatolian Confederation (BAŞKON).
He is married and has two daughters, named İrem and İpek.

Osman Baştaş, Born in Ankara in 1981, graduated from Bilkent University, Department of Tourism and Hotel Management in 2003, and then completed the “BA Extension” program for 1 year at Berkeley University, USA.
In 2004, he started to work in Diktaş Soğutma A.Ş., which is a family company. Since 2013, he has been working as a Commercial Director/Member of the Board of Directors.
After Membership of the Supervisory Board for two terms in ISIB, he continues to serve as an Accounting Member/Member of the Board of Directors as of 2022. Osman Baştaş, who continues to serve as Ankara Chamber of Industry Assembly Member and Vice President of ANGIAD, is also married and has two children, and has a good command of English.

Murat Bakanay was born in 1968 in Istanbul. He graduated from Eskişehir Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Business Administration. In 1996, he was entitled to hold an Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor License. After completing his military service, he started to work at Niba Soğutma Kuleleri A.Ş. which he is one of founding member. He still serves as the General Manager and Vice Chairman of the Board in the same company. He has been a member of the Board of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Manufacturers Association of Turkey for a term. He is married with two children.
