Ahmet Cevat AKKAYA, who was born in Konya in 1977, graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Middle East Technical University in 1999. In 2005, he received training in Quality Management and Non-Destructive Testing methods in Japan. He has been working as a manager in Akkaya Heating Instruments and Natural Gas Inc. company, which has been manufacturing boilers and heat machines since 2000. Ahmet Cevat Akkaya, who took part in the establishment phase of ASNT-Turk, served as a Member of the Board of the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Manufacturers Association (KBSB) between 2014 – 2018, and as the Chairman of the Board of KBSB between 2018-2020. He is still a member of the board of KBSB. He is also the chairman of the mirror technical committee of TSE – MTC179 “CYLINDRICAL AND WATER TUBE BOILERS/PRESSURIZED VESSELS NOT IN CONTACT WITH FIRE”. Ahmet Cevat Akkaya, who continues his education at the Department of Sociology at Istanbul University, is married and has two children.

Ahmet H. Gökşin was born in İstanbul in 1955. He graduated from the department of mechanical engineering from Yıldız Technical University in 1979. Mr. Gökşin has been active in the HVAC&R sector since graduation, and established Havak company in 1988 after ten years of professional experience. In 2008 he established General Filter Havak. He is currently the president of the board of directors in both of these companies. In addition to Turkish HVAC&R Exporter’s Association (İSİB), where he is a member of the Board of Supervisors, he is a board member in Foundation for HVAC&R Research and Training (İSKAV) and ASHRAE Turkish Chapter. Mr Gökşin is also an honorary board member of Association of HVAC&R Manufacturers (İSKİD). He is also affiliated with several other professional organizations TOBB HVAC&R Assembly, Chamber of Mechanical Engineers, Turkish Society of HVAC and Sanitary Engineers Technical Board of HVAC, Association of Cleanroom Technologies, Turkish Association of Heating Science and Technique. Ahmet H. Gökşin is married with a son named Ege.

Okan Murat ERENOĞLU, who was born in Şanlıurfa in 1976, completed his secondary education in İzmir Atatürk High School after his primary education and graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering in 1997. He completed his Executive MBA at Koç University in 2010. Since 1997, he has worked as a senior manager and General Manager in different departments such as Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, and Production in various producing companies in the insulation sector. He established Azur Insulation Inc. in 2019 and continues its sales, marketing, and export activities of HVAC equipment insulation and ventilation equipment. Okan Murat ERENOĞLU has served as a member and board member in sectoral associations and organizations such as İZODER, ISKAV, and ISIB at different times throughout his career. He is married and has one child and speaks English.

Cem SAVCI was born in 1973, Istanbul. He completed his High school education in Besiktas Ataturk Anadolu Lisesi after completing his primary education. He graduated from Boğaziçi University on Chemistry Department in 1996, achieved his masters degree in Gebze Technical University in 2003. He started his doctorate study in same university and currently at the thesis study level. He started to work in HVAC&R rector as part-time during his university years and, continued as full time profession after his graduation at Vatbuz Isitma Sogutma Havalandırma San. Paz. Tic. Ltd. Sti. as General Manager in 1997 and still works in this position. Cem SAVCI was in charge as board member in ISKAV for two terms, as board member and President between 2015-2017 in ISKID and, currently as member of Audit Comittee in ISIB and as General Secretary in ISKAV

He started his professional career as a Mechanical Engineer at FRITERM in late 1983. He continued to work in several disciplines such as sales, commissioning, after-sales support, production planning, and maintenance until 1996, primarily in Production and Factory Management.
His tasks and responsibilities expanded in parallel with the development and change course of the company and he became the General Manager in 1996.
Having a structure that aims to actively support non-governmental organizations in general and sectoral structures in particular, FRITERM supports staff involvement in these groups The staff members involved can devote a significant amount of time to these tasks under this framework.
He first came into contact with the associations when he joined the ISKID University-Industry Cooperation and Scholarship Committee. Secondly, he joined the International Relations Committee. He was elected to the Board of Directors of ISKID in 2008 as a result of his work in the Committees that has a fundamental role in the activities of ISKID and continued to be a member of the Board of Directors of ISKID until 2016. During this period, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors between 2012 and 2014.
His first contact with EUROVENT, Europe’s Industry Association for Indoor Climate, Process Cooling, and Food Cold Chain Technologies, occurred when he started to attend EUROVENT Commission and annual meetings representing ISKID as a member of the International Relations Committee. He was elected in 2012 to the Board of Directors of the EUROVENT Association representing ISKID and Turkey. In 2018, he was elected as the President of EUROVENT and chaired EUROVENT between 2018-2021.
He is currently holding the position of General Manager at Friterm A.Ş. and continues to work in various sectoral structures.

Murat Bakanay was born in 1968 in Istanbul. He graduated from Eskişehir Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Business Administration. In 1996, he was entitled to hold an Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor License. After completing his military service, he started to work at Niba Soğutma Kuleleri A.Ş. which he is one of founding member. He still serves as the General Manager and Vice Chairman of the Board in the same company. He has been a member of the Board of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Manufacturers Association of Turkey for a term. He is married with two children.
