Our member companies have established business ties that will pave the way for exports in the future. Every year, Qatar imports HVAC&R products worth 1,4 billion USD, and it is a very important market for Turkish exporters. We have very close economic and political ties with Qatar, which will host the first FIFA World Cup after the pandemic. Turkish HVAC&R Exporters would like to be the number one provider of HVAC&R products. The business talks were originally planned to start on October 6 and last for 3 days, however, as the meetings proved very productive for all parties, we extended the program for 10 days. We delivered detailed presentations and held comprehensive talks in all products, particularly instalment and ventilation equipment. These presentations were also welcome by our counterparts in Qatar. We will continue to support our companies to make sure that commercial ties established through these meetings are translated into exports in the future.
