ISIB’s National Participation Organization to Agro Food Drink Tech Exhibition

HVAC&R Exporters Association (ISIB) attended a national participation organization at the Agro Food Drink Tech Exhibition held in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, between November 18 and 20.

Agro Food Drink Tech Exhibition, the only specialized industry exhibition in Georgia presenting the latest developments and innovations in the field of agriculture and related technologies, was organized for the 20th time this year. Products for cooling and ventilation systems from the HVAC&R Sector were exhibited at the exhibition launched with the opening addresses of George Khanishvili, Deputy Chief Minister of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, and Ali Kaan Orbay, Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Tbilisi. Within the scope of National Participation, six companies from Turkey attended the exhibition.

George Khanishvili, Deputy Chief Minister of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, visited the booths of Turkish companies after the launch of the exhibition and was informed by the officials of the participating companies. Ali Kaan Orbay, Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Tbilisi; Ahmet Darçın, Commercial Counselor of the Republic of Turkey to Tbilisi, and ISIB Board Member Levent Aydın also visited the booths at the exhibition and engaged in negotiations.

Expressing that the National Participation organization to Agro Food Drink Tech Exhibition was a success for our companies, ISIB Board Member Levent Aydın stated the following: “Georgia has a strategic importance for us in the sector, both because it is a neighboring country and because a great part of its imports come from Turkey. Although the Agro Food Drink Tech Exhibition is primarily about agricultural products and technologies, it also provided our companies in the field of cooling systems with the opportunity for valuable commercial connections. The 6 companies participating in our National Participation organization established various connections that will result in exports during their negotiations. As ISIB, we are confident that with the marketing, sales, and communication activities we carry out in all countries, the relations between countries and sectors will grow even stronger and we will further exceed our export targets. As ISIB, we are proud to support our exporters in all fields.”
