Turkish HVAC-R Industry Showcased Its Strength at Aquatherm Almaty 2025

Held between September 3–5, 2025 in Almaty, Kazakhstan, Aquatherm Almaty Fair attracted great interest from the Turkish HVAC-R industry. Within the scope of the National Participation organized by the Turkish HVAC-R Exporters Association (ISIB), nine Turkish companies presented their products and solutions to international visitors.

Representing ISIB at the fair were Board Members Mr. Zeki ÖZEN and Mr. Ali AKTAŞ. At the ISIB information stand, which was set up as part of the National Participation, visitors were provided with insights about the sector, and numerous business meetings were held between foreign visitors and Turkish companies visiting the fair.

On the first day of the exhibition, Turkish Commercial Counsellors in Almaty, Mr. Ekrem Alper Bozkurt and Mr. İlhan Polat, visited the ISIB stand as well as the booths of Turkish participants under the national pavilion, receiving detailed information about the sector and the companies.

As in previous years, Aquatherm Almaty was held concurrently with the Kazbuild Fair. While Kazbuild mainly featured construction and interior design products, Aquatherm Almaty highlighted innovative solutions in heating, cooling, ventilation, installation, and HVAC.

According to the organizer, a total of 258 exhibitors and 26,420 visitors from 24 countries attended the two fairs. Aquatherm Almaty saw a strong presence of Chinese companies, in addition to exhibitors from Russia, Germany, Uzbekistan, Czechia, Poland, and Spain.

Industry representatives emphasized that Aquatherm Almaty provides Turkish companies with a valuable opportunity to meet potential customers directly in Kazakhstan, expand their market networks, and enhance brand recognition. Therefore, it is considered highly beneficial for the sector to continue ISIB’s National Participation Organization at Aquatherm Almaty in the coming years.
